Delivery and returns

Product delivery

DBAS orders are delivered in Croatia through available delivery partners, depending on the type of product, shipment dimensions and delivery address.

• The Box Now package machine is only available for selected small packages when this option is displayed in the shopping cart or at the checkout. The largest supported package size is 36 × 45 × 60 cm, and the maximum weight is 20 kg.
• Standard delivery for other products is sent by courier or pallet delivery according to logistical availability, including DPD or Milšped.
• Bicycles, wheels, forks, boards, kite/wing/foil gear and other bulky goods are shipped as standard or bulky shipments with appropriate packaging.

The final available shipping methods and the final cost are displayed in the cart and at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Delivery price

• Box Now parcel machine for selected small parcels: EUR 0 when the method is available and displayed at the checkout.
• Standard delivery (DPD/Milšped): 15 EUR for orders under 350 EUR.
• Clothing: free shipping when the order contains only products marked as clothing.
• All orders from EUR 350 and up: free shipping for available shipping methods.
• Osobno preuzimanje u DBAS Dubrovnik: 0 EUR.

If the order contains clothes and other products, the delivery is calculated according to the product that requires payment or more bulky delivery. DBAS will not subsequently charge a higher shipping cost than the amount shown before confirming the order without an express agreement with the customer.

Rok dostave

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days from order confirmation and product availability. In the case of bicycles, bulky equipment, pre-orders, special packaging or difficult delivery conditions, the deadline may be different, which we will inform the customer about.

Osobno preuzimanje

Personal pick-up at DBAS Dubrovnik is available without delivery costs. We will notify the customer when the order is ready for pickup.

Right of cancellation and refund

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of receiving the product, except in cases where the right to withdraw is excluded by law. The product should be returned undamaged, unused beyond the performance test and, when possible, in the original packaging with associated documentation.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by DBAS, a wrongly delivered product or an accepted complaint.

How to initiate a refund

To initiate a return, send an email to info@dbas.hr with order number, first and last name, contact, product name and reason for return. We will send instructions for sending or handing over the product.

Cash on delivery payment

Cash on delivery is only available for selected shipping methods when this option is displayed at checkout. The Box Now parcel machine does not use standard cash on delivery unless this service has been specifically agreed upon and shown to the customer before confirming the order.

If cash on delivery is not displayed for the selected address, product or delivery method, you must choose one of the other payment methods offered.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund is made using the same method of payment with which the order was paid, unless otherwise agreed with the customer and if such method is not to the customer's detriment. For orders paid by cash on delivery, the refund is usually made to the customer's bank account or by another agreed method that is not to the customer's detriment.

If the order was paid by card through the Monri WebPay system, the refund is usually processed according to the card used for payment, through the available Monri/WooCommerce refund processes.

Complaints and claims
