Terms of purchase
These conditions govern purchases via the DBAS webshop. Before confirming the order, the customer may review the products, prices, delivery, payment method and total amount.

Products are displayed with name, description, photo when available, price in euros and information on availability. Prices include VAT when applicable and are shown in EUR.
DBAS strives to maintain accurate inventory and pricing information. If unavailability, price error or the need for additional compatibility check is determined after the order, we will contact the customer before further processing.
Ordering
The purchase is made by adding the product to the cart and confirming the order at the checkout. Before confirmation, the customer sees the products, quantities, prices, discounts if any, shipping cost, taxes when displayed and the total amount of the order.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the account, contact and delivery information. The order is considered received when the webshop displays the order confirmation and/or sends the confirmation to the customer by e-mail.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are displayed at the checkout before confirming the order. DBAS accepts card payments with credit and debit cards through the Monri WebPay system and cash on delivery for delivery methods where this option is available.
Card payment is processed by Monri WebPay. Supported credit and debit cards are Visa, Mastercard® and Maestro® when available for the selected transaction. Additional digital payment methods, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, KEKS Pay, Aircash and PayCek, are displayed if they are enabled on the Monri terminal and available for the customer's card, device or wallet.
Monri payment is configured as a purchase with immediate authorization and collection of the order amount. With cash on delivery, the customer pays when picking up the shipment, and the order is processed according to the availability of the goods and the selected delivery.
Card payment security
1.5.1 SECURITY OF CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured using the latest version of TLS encryption. Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during its transmission.
This enables safe transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user's computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.
The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected against unauthorized access.
Monri Payment Gateway je certificiran prema PCI DSS Level 1 sigurnosnom standardu propisanom Visa i Mastercard pravilima.
The merchant does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons.
The webshop uses the 3D Secure security protocol, which enables additional user authentication when paying online with cards, which ensures a higher level of protection and security of transactions through your bank's system.
Valuta i konverzija
All prices and all payments on the webshop are expressed in euros (EUR). If the customer's card is not linked to the euro, the card issuer or the card organization can convert it into the currency of the customer's account according to its own exchange rate and rules. Possible fees or exchange rate differences depend on the card issuer.
Delivery
Delivery is made on the territory of Croatia to available delivery partners, depending on the type of product, the dimensions of the shipment and the delivery address. The exact shipping cost is displayed in the cart and at the checkout before confirming the order.
The approximate delivery time is 5 to 10 working days from order confirmation and product availability, unless otherwise agreed for a particular product or order.
Returns, cancellation and complaints
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days, except in cases where the right to withdraw is excluded by law. Details on product returns, return costs and refunds are available on the site Delivery and returns.

Payment in installments
When paying by card through the Monri WebPay system, DBAS enables payment up to 24 installments when this option is available for the selected card, issuing bank and Monri terminal. The available installment number and the final amount are displayed to the customer on the Monri payment page before the payment is confirmed. If payment by installments is not offered for the selected card or transaction, the customer may complete a one-time card payment or choose another available payment method.
DBAS in the WooCommerce settings does not calculate an additional price increase for payment in installments. Possible conditions of the card issuing bank, approval of installment payments and possible costs that are not under the control of DBAS depend on the rules of the bank, the card network and the Monri system.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
If the consumer dispute is not resolved by direct communication and a written complaint, the consumer may request an out-of-court settlement of the consumer dispute before the competent authorities for alternative resolution of consumer disputes in the Republic of Croatia, in accordance with current regulations.
Confirmation of terms before purchase
Before sending the order, the customer must actively confirm that he accepts the general terms and conditions and that he is familiar with the privacy policy. Confirmation is given by marking the checkbox at the checkout, before the final confirmation of the order.
