How can I check product availability?

Availability is displayed on the webshop when the information is available. If you are buying a bike, larger equipment or a product that you need by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to check the deadline and options.

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from order confirmation and product availability. For bikes, bulky gear, special preparation, or island delivery, the timing may vary, and we will notify the customer if a longer delivery time is expected.

What delivery services do you use?

Smaller shipments can be shipped via the BoxNow network when available. Standard and larger shipments are sent via DPD or Milšped, depending on dimensions, weight and delivery address.

When is delivery free?

Delivery is free for clothing and for orders of 350 EUR or more. For other orders, the delivery cost is shown in the cart and at checkout before purchase confirmation.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available for delivery methods where that option is shown at checkout. If cash on delivery is not shown for the selected address, product, or delivery method, choose another available payment method.

Can I pick up the order in person?

Yes, pickup at DBAS Dubrovnik is available as a no-cost delivery option when it is shown at checkout.

How can I return a product?

How many days do I have to return an item?

Consumers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, undamaged, clean, complete, and in its original packaging whenever possible. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in cases of our error or a justified product complaint.

What if the product arrives damaged?

If the package or product arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the product and contact us as soon as possible with the order number. It is best to note the damage immediately upon collection from the delivery person.
