Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during its transmission.<\/p>\n<p>This enables safe transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user's computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.<\/p>\n<p>The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected against unauthorized access.<\/p>\n<p>Monri Payment Gateway je certificiran prema PCI DSS Level 1 sigurnosnom standardu propisanom Visa i Mastercard pravilima.<\/p>\n<p>The merchant does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons.<\/p>\n<p>The webshop uses the 3D Secure security protocol, which enables additional user authentication when paying online with cards, which ensures a higher level of protection and security of transactions through your bank's system.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"wcts-static-page__legal-section\" id=\"prihvat-kartica\">\n<h2>Prihvat kartica<\/h2>\n<p>DBAS enables payment by credit and debit cards through the Monri WebPay system. Visa, Mastercard\u00ae and Maestro\u00ae cards are supported for card payment when available for the selected card, issuing bank and Monri terminal.<\/p>\n<p>Additional digital payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, KEKS Pay, Aircash and PayCek, are displayed at checkout only when enabled and available for a specific order.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"wcts-static-page__legal-section\" id=\"placanje-karticama\">\n<h2>Payment methods<\/h2>\n<p>Available payment methods are displayed at the checkout before confirming the order. DBAS accepts card payments with credit and debit cards through the Monri WebPay system and cash on delivery for delivery methods where this option is available.<\/p>\n<p>Card payment is processed by Monri WebPay. Supported credit and debit cards are Visa, Mastercard\u00ae and Maestro\u00ae when available for the selected transaction. Additional digital payment methods, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, KEKS Pay, Aircash and PayCek, are displayed if they are enabled on the Monri terminal and available for the customer's card, device or wallet.<\/p>\n<p>Monri payment is configured as a purchase with immediate authorization and collection of the order amount. With cash on delivery, the customer pays when picking up the shipment, and the order is processed according to the availability of the goods and the selected delivery.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"wcts-static-page__legal-section\">\n<h2>3-D Secure provjera<\/h2>\n<p>For certain transactions, the card issuing bank may request additional confirmation of the customer's identity through the 3-D Secure procedure. In this case, the buyer completes the confirmation according to the instructions of his bank.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"wcts-static-page__legal-section\" id=\"valuta-i-konverzija\">\n<h2>Valuta i konverzija<\/h2>\n<p>All prices and all payments on the webshop are expressed in euros (EUR). If the customer's card is not linked to the euro, the card issuer or the card organization can convert it into the currency of the customer's account according to its own exchange rate and rules. Possible fees or exchange rate differences depend on the card issuer.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"wcts-static-page__legal-section\">\n<h2>Cash on delivery payment<\/h2>\n<p>Cash on delivery is not an online card payment and does not include entering card data on the DBAS webshop. If this option is available at the checkout, the customer pays when picking up the shipment, and the order is processed according to the selected delivery and availability of goods.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"wcts-static-page__legal-section\">\n<h2>Payment in installments<\/h2>\n<p>When paying by card through the Monri WebPay system, DBAS enables payment up to 24 installments when this option is available for the selected card, issuing bank and Monri terminal. The available installment number and the final amount are displayed to the customer on the Monri payment page before the payment is confirmed. If payment by installments is not offered for the selected card or transaction, the customer may complete a one-time card payment or choose another available payment method.<\/p>\n<p>DBAS in the WooCommerce settings does not calculate an additional price increase for payment in installments. Possible conditions of the card issuing bank, approval of installment payments and possible costs that are not under the control of DBAS depend on the rules of the bank, the card network and the Monri system.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"wcts-static-page__legal-section\">\n<h2>Data protection<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data required for order processing are processed according to <a href=\"\/en\/politika-privatnosti\/\">Politici privatnosti<\/a>.
